Renowned speaker, author, and equity consultant Dr. Nancy A. Dome co-founded Epoch Education in 2014 to provide actionable tools in support of healthy communication, conflict resolution, and the pursuit of greater diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Epoch Education serves leaders in education and business as well as individuals seeking pathways to navigate complex topics, build bridges, and work together for impactful change.
